Good value hotel with clean rooms and friendly staff who spoke some English. It was located within walking distance to a train station, making it easy to explore the city.
The location was not very convenient for exploring the city by foot as there were few shops or stores nearby. The Wi-Fi in the rooms was not strong, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was not very comfortable.

The location was convenient, not far from the train station, but far away from the subway station. You could flag a taxi by the train station to go to more lively areas of Hankou. the staff was fluent in English.
The bathroom had a bad smell, and the sink didn't drain properly, leaving standing water.

We loved the staff's helpful attitude and fast service. The comfortable bed and daily housekeeping were excellent. We found the hotel easily and the location was convenient, with many good restaurants nearby and not far from the railway station.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

Great value for money and convenient location to my business meetings. the rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and free Wi-Fi. the staff was friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist me. Plus, the complimentary bottled water and tea and coffee making facilities made my mornings a lot easier.
The surrounding area had little to offer in terms of dining options and entertainment. the nearest public transportation was a bit of a walk, but I did enjoy the scenic route.
